The first BWRT Session: What to expect

In the first session we will complete a BWRT intake form together, this will help you to be specific and clear about want you would like to be different as a result of our work together.   Completing the intake form may or may not take most of the session. As a BWRT practitioner I have access to a range of effective protocols.  After completing the intake form I will decide what would be the most effective and efficient protocol to use, to get the best results for you. 

In the session I will guide you through a number of visualization tasks to help you use your imagination and access memories or feelings. BWRT does not require you to disclose your memories or traumatic experiences, in fact the less you say about your what your are thinking the better. The results are rapid but subtle, you may not realise your behaviour has changed until you are doing something that makes you realise you don't have that problem, behaviour, response or issue anymore.
